About the job
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and appropriate usage.
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and standard property conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry items as required for cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work in fast-paced or crowded environments.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and may be subject to random testing.
- Must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Lincoln.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces throughout assigned areas.
- Maintain tidy and clean hallways, staircases, and floor landings.
- Clean restrooms, including mopping, vacuuming, and broom/pan duties.
- Stock and sort supplies as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, shining, and caring for glass surfaces.
- Clean administrative offices and conference rooms.
- Restock and service restrooms on scheduled and as-needed basis.
- Clean stains and spills on flooring and carpets when they occur.
- Safely deliver lost and found items to designated locations.
- Ensure all cleanliness standards meet 5-star expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a resort or casino environment is strongly preferred.
