About the role:
Vistar Media has created a 9-week program where students will gain hands-on working experience and knowledge about the advertising technology landscape, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with different departments within Vistar’s organization. We’re looking for college students who are passionate and eager about the innovative media industry.
The core focus of the Talent Acquisition internship is to support our global recruitment team, while learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition at an innovative and vastly growing technology company!
Our summer interns will work 3 days per week for the duration of the internship program and will be expected to be in the New York office. The internship is a paid opportunity with a competitive hourly rate. Applications are due by April 5th.
What you’ll do:
- Support Talent Acquisition team with various projects such as applicant review, sourcing, and research
- Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding
- Own multiple enhancement projects within Vistar Media’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Learn extensively about the full cycle recruitment process from teammates
- Support candidate experience by assisting with scheduling phone screens and candidate communication
- Ad hoc human resources tasks
Who you are:
- Rising junior or senior working towards an undergraduate degree
- Previous work experience via an internship, retail/service/campus job, or leadership position in an extracurricular activity
- Enthusiastic about Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
- A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and has high attention to detail
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Able to work in the US for an indefinite period without sponsorship
- Able to come to the NYC office three days a week (relocation not offered)
