Responsibilities
  • Lead the visioning, strategy, and execution of digital design initiatives, ensuring they align with Linktree's goals and user expectations.
  • Conduct deep dives into the needs of our diverse user base, identifying unique challenges and opportunities for design innovation.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
  • Help define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Establish and refine design processes, standards, and best practices, promoting a culture of high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the UX research team to analyze data, identify insights, and incorporate them into design solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
  • Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in design and technology, leveraging insights to keep Linktree at the cutting edge of digital design.
