About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience, including a strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to run value-creation projects end-to-end autonomously, from opportunity generation, sizing and prioritisation through plan design and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and run company-wide operating processes, including OKRs, business reviews, planning cycles and post-mortems, and to prepare board materials, investor updates and fundraising diligence packs in a high-growth context.
  • Comfort owning data and metrics infrastructure, including defining KPI frameworks, building dashboards and working directly with data tools.
  • Strong analytical capability, including experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations and operational decisions.
  • Curiosity to increase technical leverage using AI tools to accelerate prototyping, automation and iteration, including building workflows directly.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity with a bias toward action and to build and scale new ways of working from the ground up.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead without authority, mobilising technical and non-technical stakeholders, from individual contributors to the CEO, around priorities and trade-offs.
Responsibilities
  • Set up the company’s end-to-end operating model in a future-back, AI-native way, designing for 10x scale and building the processes, tools and infrastructure needed to support it.
  • Design, launch and run the company-wide OKR system, including its tools, processes, data infrastructure and ceremonies; target a Q3 2026 launch and then iterate. Make the system scalable and AI-native, enable employees to set, review and update OKR progress efficiently through AI tooling, and automate metric flows from the data layer.
  • Own the leadership operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly and annual planning, post-mortems and decision logs; embed AI for pre-read generation, action tracking and decision-making.
  • Define and maintain the KPI and financial tracking framework alongside OKRs, including unit economics, cohort metrics and business performance indicators. Build and maintain dashboards and metrics packs, own the data, make trustworthy numbers accessible in natural language, and apply appropriate guardrails for sensitive data.
  • Own internal communications, including all-hands content, leadership announcements, company narrative and change communications.
  • Build the internal knowledge base across strategy and operations so employees have equal and up-to-date context on direction and progress.
  • Own board preparation, including decks, pre-reads, minutes and follow-ups, and prepare investor updates. Support the fundraising process end-to-end, including pipeline tracking, the data room, diligence coordination, model defence and metrics deep-dives.
  • Support internal objectives around AI-native workflows and potentially run AI enablement projects across People & Talent, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to automate key tasks.
  • Take on cross-functional strategic projects without a natural owner as they arise, including organisation design, partnerships and market analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ideally, 1–2 years of post-consulting experience in an operator role; this is not required.
  • SQL familiarity is a plus.

About the company

elasticStage provides on-demand manufacturing and distribution for vinyl records and CDs. Artists upload music and artwork; when customers order, elasticStage manufactures and ships directly to the buyer with no minimums or upfront inventory, using a revenue-sharing model. The company uses a patent-pending cold process that does not involve traditional pressing or PVC, opting for PETG and a first-generation recording approach to save energy and reduce chemicals. It differentiates itself through on-demand production, sustainability, and partnerships with major labels and DSPs to help independent artists reach fans directly.

New music label for independent artists: accepting demos.

New music label for independent artists: accepting demos. Ethereal Projector: embracing the post-everything aesthetic. Chitra Records is thrilled to officially announce the birth of Ethereal Projector, a new sub-label of Chitra Records based in Washington, D.C. Ethereal Projector is an independent record label and a safe haven for deep, experimental sound. Chitra Records release exclusively atmospheric, conceptual, and non-commercial music, completely bypassing mainstream pop culture or dance trends. Its focus is exploring space, texture, rythms and emotions through a curated spectrum of non-mainstream genres. By blurring the lines between electronic production, raw acoustics, noise, jazz, field recordings, etc. Chitra Records provide artists with absolute creative freedom. What Chitra Records is looking for: Its musical universe spans across electronic, ambient, noise, avant-garde, neoclassical, post-rock, folk, beats, and jazz elements: Noise, Drone, Ambient, IDM, Tribal, Indie Folk, Ethnic, Avant-garde, Lowercase, New-Age, Trip-Hop, Minimalism, Techno, Neoclassical, Lo-fi Beat, Post-Rock, Post-Punk, Vaporwave, Synthwave, Retrowave, Math-Rock, Musique Concrète, Industrial, Dungeon Synth, and anything beautifully uncategorizable. What Chitra Records do NOT sign: Mainstream Pop, Rap, Trap, R&B, Country, Latin, commercial EDM, Phonk, Afrobeats, traditional Rock, Metal, or Punk. Submissions Are Open Chitra Records is always looking for authentic, atmospheric, and forward-thinking music. If your art focuses on texture, space, and emotional depth rather than commercial formulas, Chitra Records want to hear it. How to submit: * Prepare a private streaming link (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or Google Drive). Please do not attach audio files directly to the email. * Include a short bio and a brief concept behind your release. Chitra Records listen to every submission that aligns with its sonic philosophy. If your sound fits its vision, Chitra Records will get in touch. What Chitra Records Offer Its Artists Chitra Records believe in fair partnerships and giving deep art a physical form: Fair Royalties: 50% from all digital streaming platforms and music stores (working through Proton Distribution). Physical Releases: Selected releases can be produced on physical media. Through Chitra Records, Chitra Records partner with ElasticStage for Vinyl and CD, and walrus.fm for Cassettes and CDs. Both platforms produce merchandise on demand, so the label does not hold physical inventory or provide free copies to artists. Chitra Records focus on reinvesting profits from Bandcamp and physical sales into promoting its platform and artists, thereby increasing their online visibility. Your music on vinyl (without the risk) at EmuBands.

Your music on vinyl (without the risk) at EmuBands. 24th March 2026 EmuBands has partnered with elasticStage, the world's first on demand vinyl and CD platform, to remove the financial and logistical barriers that have traditionally locked independent artists out of physical formats. On-demand production with zero upfront cost. Through this partnership, EmuBands artists and labels can now create, sell and ship vinyl and CDs worldwide with no upfront costs, no minimum orders and no inventory risk. In other words, fans trigger production by placing an order, while elasticStage handles production, fulfilment, mechanical licensing and customer support from start to finish. Traditionally, manufacturers require large pressing runs and significant upfront investment. However, this new model replaces that approach with flexible, made-to-order production. As a result, independent artists can offer their full catalogue in physical formats without overproducing or selling out. Global reach, instant access. Already, elasticStage supports more than 100,000 artists and ships vinyl and CDs to over 90 countries worldwide. In addition, the platform charges no sign-up or onboarding fees. This means artists can start uploading and offering physical releases to fans immediately. Notably, artists such as Boy George, Don Diablo and Nelly Furtado use the service, alongside GRAMMY-winning producers Paul Epworth and Dan Grech-Marguerat. "We started elasticStage because we believed physical should be within reach for every artist, not just those with the infrastructure to support it. Partnering with EmuBands brings that vision to a scale we're genuinely excited about: thousands of independent artists who can now add vinyl and CD to their release strategy without the barriers that used to make it impossible." - Emma Banks, Head of Growth, elasticStage This means EmuBands artists can create a new direct to fan revenue stream and allows physical releases to align with tours, viral moments and campaign activity, without upfront costs. This partnership signals a shift in how independent artists and labels approach physical music. Instead of facing a costly logistical challenge, they can now treat physical production as an accessible and scalable revenue channel.
