- Supervise and coordinate technicians in the fabrication and installation of complex mechanical and related electronic equipment and systems.
- Direct field operation and maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and system installations when required.
- Evaluate operational systems and design modifications to eliminate malfunctions or address changes in system requirements.
- Develop new applications requiring originality and ingenuity, along with complex test procedures for equipment and systems significantly different from existing designs.
- Plan, organize, and conduct each assignment; coordinate manpower and activities across groups and program stages to ensure effective integration.
- Provide technical guidance to personnel producing design fabrication drawings.
- Review and correct drawings to ensure proper engineering techniques and required specifications are used.
- Develop, release, and maintain documentation according to company and contractual requirements.
- Review, write, and edit evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and other reports to provide recommendations, conclusions, and supporting data.
