Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Oversee the daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing office events.
  • Assist with greeting candidates for interviews, setting up rooms for events and training sessions, handling I-9s, and supporting various HR-related functions.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with the implementation and coordination of company-wide events.
