Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance (Level 2+) to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and identity/access management (IAM) problems
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution of complex IT issues
  • Lead a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees in our Vistar Media offices, ensuring smooth integration into IT systems and workflows
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security policies to meet company standards
  • Manage and deploy policies for devices following security requirements.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive technical documentation for IT systems, processes, and user guides
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure in our offices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance
  • Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Meet AV systems in meeting spaces to ensure seamless meetings and events
  • Participate in IT projects for our offices, including moves, expansions, or technology upgrades
  • Assist the security team with IT operations compliance, including audits, documentation, and policy enforcement
  • Research, evaluate, and purchase IT hardware and software to meet office needs
