Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for physical cash concentration products in LATAM
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM cash management landscape, including client needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including sales, client service, and operations
  • Identify and analyze product-related opportunities
  • Proactively communicate product updates, market trends, and competitive insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new cash concentration products and features, from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and other local and global stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories to guide development sprints
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and training materials to educate stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancements
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor product offerings and go-to-market strategies for specific LATAM markets
  • Support the migration of clients to new and enhanced cash concentration platforms
  • Continuously seek ways to improve product performance, efficiency, and client experience
