Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance awareness and adoption of Roku’s content and media offerings (e.g., Roku Channel, Roku Originals, Roku Brand Studio).
  • Create a comprehensive marketing calendar to support major initiatives, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive ad monetization.
  • Establish clear positioning for Roku’s offerings, including live/FAST, AVOD, sports, and sponsorship programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align monetization priorities and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Design scalable advertiser programs that maximize monetization and deepen partnerships by leveraging Roku’s full advertising and content capabilities.
  • Empower sales and marketing teams with clear priorities, messaging, and research on our offerings.
  • Develop impactful go-to-market materials (e.g., presentations, sales sheets, video reels) to effectively position our content and media offerings.
  • Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure the success of programs that drive customer retention.
  • Maximize key media moments, including Roku Originals premieres and advertiser campaign launches, to maximize press coverage and awards recognition.
  • Foster customer success and advocacy through partner programs, case studies, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure Roku’s offerings are well-represented at major advertising and trade events (e.g., CES, NewFront/Upfront, Cannes).
  • Ensure our content and media offerings are prominently featured across all marketing channels including web, email, and social.
