Responsibilities
Interpret complex prints to determine efficient manufacturing methods for producing parts to engineered specifications.
Navigate and understand the lines of code required for part production.
Set up appropriate tooling and holders within multiple turrets, and touch off or indicate tools across all axes of operation.
Calculate speeds and feeds to meet specific surface finish requirements.
Apply fixturing and part-holding principles.
Perform inspections using appropriate tools and apply statistical process control principles to monitor tool wear and tolerances.
