Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of direct experience in lieu of a BA
  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatics
  • Familiarity with robotic cell operations and vertical loading machinery
  • Experience with RFID and edge device technologies
  • Controls engineering skillset
  • Software engineering experience or interest
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic cells and vertical loading machines
  • Handle the electrical wiring setups and modifications necessary for machinery and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair services and build an in-house playbook for equipment maintenance
  • Conduct upgrades and installations related to pneumatics systems
  • Install and maintain edge devices and RFID technology
  • Develop and execute maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
