About the Job

Requirements

  • You have a technical university degree, or alternatively technician or master-craftsman training, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have initial professional experience leading construction projects.
  • You are able to communicate openly and clearly and represent your opinions to others.
  • You value being able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
  • Ideally, you have proficient spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects for the delivery of windows, doors, and facades.
  • Provide technical leadership and coordinate project participants, including accountability for quality, deadlines, and costs in the technical areas.
  • Take responsibility for the continuous development and improvement of project delivery and for establishing a knowledge database.
  • Contribute to the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Train and qualify employees.
