Requirements
  • 3+ years managing Account Executives in a B2B Software as a Service environment, with at least one full quota cycle of team attainment data you can speak to
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
  • Experience directly managing a team of 8–12 Account Executives focused on new business acquisition in the mid-market and enterprise FP&A space
  • The position is open to candidates who currently live in the United States and immigration sponsorship is not available
Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Directly manage a team of 8–12 Account Executives focused on new business acquisition in the mid-market and enterprise FP&A space
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales Development on pipeline coverage and report to the VP of Sales
  • Drive discovery, qualification, and deal velocity to win by out-executing, with MEDDPICC documentation clean across the book
  • Own full forecast for the team and submit weekly to the VP of Sales with deal-level accuracy
  • Coaching cadence: weekly one-on-ones, bi-weekly call reviews, monthly pipeline inspections
  • Initiate at least one team-wide enablement initiative such as objection handling, competitive positioning, or discovery discipline
  • Build a strong SDR partnership and understand pipeline math to own the team’s coverage ratio
  • Experience selling into finance personas (CFO, VP Finance, FP&A teams) is a plus but not required
  • Sell into or support sales into finance personas (CFO, VP Finance, FP&A teams) is a plus but not required

  • Track record of MEDDPICC depth and ability to inspect deals, coach to MEDDPICC, and enforce the qualification process
  • Demonstrated forecast accuracy and quota attainment improvements and ability to develop Account Executives into top-quartile performers
