About the job
- Hold a heavy-vehicle driving license and FIMO qualification.
- Have at least one year of similar experience, ideally in a technical environment.
- Maintain professionalism, availability, seriousness, and customer contact skills.
- Conduct and monitor delivery routes after reviewing customer requests in the rental contract and verifying that the allocated equipment conforms to the service.
- Load and secure equipment on the vehicle according to applicable safety rules and standards, while checking the condition of the truck and accessories such as straps and chains.
- Deliver equipment to the customer's requested location and provide handover or operating instructions when necessary while maintaining a professional and commercial approach.
- Unload and/or collect equipment on site while following applicable safety rules, including use of personal protective equipment, site marking when necessary, unloading procedures, and use of an auxiliary crane.
- Report customer feedback and any problems encountered during the route to management.
- Experience in a technical environment.
