Requirements
  • A first experience in technical maintenance, customer relations, or a leisure environment is appreciated.
  • Availability to work staggered hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical matters and customer contact.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose breakdowns and perform technical, mechanical, and computer repairs on slot machines, electronic gaming stations, and table games.
  • Participate in regulated preventive maintenance of gaming stations.
  • Participate in regular machine movements.
  • Provide rapid troubleshooting assistance to customers during play to minimize downtime.
  • Record meter readings and ensure strict compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Assist customers with machine blockages or operating questions courteously and professionally.
  • Serve beverages to customers.
  • Handle minor maintenance work throughout the casino.
