Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect in the Mumbai office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunities to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project leaders and managers

A Day in life:

• Create, assemble, and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup or other medium

• Asist with review of survey documents. Ability to create accurate drawings from the Site surveys, record sets, and as built drawings

• Implement building codes and ensure drawing adhere to codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

• Assists with the layout of small projects, test fits, and development of details.

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the deliverables are error free

• Work on MEP coordination sets

• Keep supervisors informed of changes in scope or schedule

• Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums

• Ensure brand standard updates are incorporated in models, drawings, etc.

You’re already experienced in:

• Design Documentation of retail

• Utilizing Revit to produce client deliverables

• Working effectively within a collaborative team environment

• TI and/or ground up retail projects

• Retail Store concepts & designs

• Implementation of prototypes

• Custom detailing

Your Soft Skills Include:

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment

• Work with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others

• Experience working for a multi-office/multi-time zone company

• Communicating changes in project scope or schedule

You Have the Following Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of retail work experience

• Working knowledge in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.
