An Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical certifications or experience such as CompTIA or Microsoft 365, is required.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in technical support, IT operations, or application support is required.
Experience working with employees who work remotely is required.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for staff using company software and applications.
Administer and manage the Agency Management Software by setting permissions, updating settings, and testing fixes.
Work with vendors to resolve software issues and request improvements.
Train staff on system features, workflows, and updates, and create easy-to-follow guides.
Build and manage automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate to simplify business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or software-related issues.
Oversee ordering, setup, and replacement of staff equipment, and maintain an accurate inventory of company devices.
Share regular updates with staff and leadership about equipment, applications, or system status.
Update and maintain the company website as needed.
Coordinate DocuSign requests and distribute company documents.
Communicate with staff at all levels.
Follow company and state policies, including punctuality, recordkeeping, certification maintenance, and confidentiality.
Take on other duties as needed to support the team.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with an Agency Management Software, such as Electronic Visit Verification systems, is strongly preferred.
VBA experience is a plus.
WordPress or HTML experience is a plus.

About the Role
The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s IT systems, applications, and digital workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position works closely with other individuals (including staff, IT services, software liaisons etc.) to solve complex software application issues with the support of the IT Supervisor. This role involves software application support, development and management of automated workflows, hardware inventory, IT equipment setup, and end-user training. Additionally, the IT Operations Specialist assists with maintaining the company’s website and vendor ticketing/management.
Minimum Qualifications
