Requirements
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data sets and presenting actionable insights.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills. Experience manipulating datasets & designing dashboards in both Domo & Salesforce, as well as basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and development is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible and fast learner, capable of adjusting to changing environments.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple departments.
  • Keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in aligning sales representatives with accounts based on compensation plans and designated territories.
  • Identify and support enhancements to key sales processes to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine sales processes and structures.
  • Assist in developing and distributing key metrics, providing insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Test fixes, propose new features and functions, collaborate with the Salesforce administration & business operations team to make sure implementations achieve goals.
  • Work with various departments to optimize workflows and tool utilization.
  • Assist in overseeing and evaluating sales technologies, ensuring effective integration and usage.
  • Assist in auditing and resolving data issues, maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improving performance in sales & related functions.
