Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional marketing role is required, preferably in an agency.
  • The candidate must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • The candidate must be able to present information clearly, enthusiastically, and persuasively.
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and exclusive access to a vehicle are required.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Play a strategic role in proposing and marketing new 360 and experiential campaigns.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Manage national and international client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Write and present proposals, timelines, budgets, and final reports.
  • Manage the workflow of account teams and allocated resources.
  • Write internal creative and studio briefs and oversee production.
  • Ensure collaboration and communication among digital, creative, human resources, administration, and other departments.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Supervise on-site logistics, including setup and teardown, in collaboration with the coordinator.
  • Conduct site and client visits, sometimes outside the province.
  • Be present on site during executions to ensure quality assurance.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase the agency's reach.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree in marketing is an asset.
  • Experience in an agency is preferred.
