Blockchain.com taps Adclear AI to automate crypto marketing compliance ahead of UK regulation.

Blockchain.com taps Adclear AI to automate crypto marketing compliance ahead of UK regulation. Quick summary. Blockchain.com is partnering with Adclear to deploy AI-powered compliance checks for its UK marketing operations. This integration automates the financial promotions (FinProm) review process, ensuring all digital content meets strict FCA standards ahead of the new regulatory framework arriving in October 2027. How does Adclear solve crypto marketing bottlenecks? By integrating AI-powered compliance technology directly into its existing workflow, Blockchain.com can now screen marketing assets in real time. This shift from manual review to automated oversight allows the firm to maintain its high-volume output without compromising on regulatory safety. The platform specifically flags where copy, creative, or mandatory disclosures fall short of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements before they are published. * Real-time screening of social media, website, and advertising content. * Automated audit trails for internal compliance and regulatory reporting. * Scalable review processes for a firm serving over 90 million wallets. What results has Blockchain.com delivered in the UK? Following its official FCA registration earlier this year, Blockchain.com has processed over $1.2 trillion in transactions globally. The partnership with Adclear ensures that its UK custody and brokerage services remain compliant with the "fair, clear, and not misleading" standard. This proactive approach is critical as the UK prepares for a tightened regulatory regime in 2027, which will introduce stricter risk warnings and cooling-off periods for all cryptoasset businesses. Ff news take: This partnership moves the needle by proving that AI-powered compliance is no longer optional for crypto giants. As the FCA transitions from guidance to active enforcement action, Blockchain.com is setting a benchmark for the industry. By embedding FinProm automation into the creative process rather than treating it as a final hurdle, they are effectively future-proofing their UK operations against the looming 2027 regulatory cliff. Adclear and DOJO AI partner to bring agentic marketing, end to end, to regulated financial firms.

Adclear and DOJO AI partner to bring agentic marketing, end to end, to regulated financial firms. Pedro Matos Jul 30, 2026 Marketing in financial services carries a heavier rulebook than most industries. Adclear and DOJO AI are partnering to help regulated marketing teams meet that rulebook without losing speed. Adclear, the agentic compliance software for financial marketing, and DOJO AI, the intelligent marketing system, have announced a partnership built on an observation both companies kept making independently: inside regulated financial firms, marketing and compliance sit on the same workflow, and neither function can move faster than the other allows. Adclear checks and clears financial marketing against FCA, SEC, FINRA and CFPB rules in minutes, with a full audit trail, for teams at firms including IG, Scottish Widows, PensionBee UK & US. DOJO's platform watches every marketing channel, tracks brand performance and creates on-brand content for teams at firms including Morningstar and Kuda. Between them sits one workflow, spanning the marketing team that creates the campaign and the compliance function that has to clear it. Marketing leaders at regulated financial firms are expected to match the speed and creativity of unregulated competitors while carrying a far heavier rulebook. Agentic systems like DOJO's have already transformed how fast those teams can read the market and produce work. Agentic clearance is what lets that work ship at the same pace. This is the core of the partnership: each platform makes the other more valuable. Content created at speed still has to clear compliance, and it does no good sitting in a queue. A compliance engine, in turn, delivers the most value when a system is feeding it work at volume, continuously, rather than in occasional bursts. Put the two together and neither is waiting on the other: DOJO keeps the pipeline of campaign work full, and Adclear keeps that pipeline moving to market. Both companies share a conviction about where this is heading. Marketing stacks are moving from tools that assist to systems that act, learn and compound. In financial services, that loop only closes when compliance runs at the same speed as creation. A regulated marketing team with both layers in place operates the way its unregulated competitors do: reading signals, producing work, shipping it while the moment is live, and learning from every cycle. "Marketing teams in regulated finance have the same ambitions as everyone else and a much harder rulebook," said Joe Jordani, co-founder of Adclear. "Working with DOJO means the whole workflow, from the first campaign signal to the cleared promotion, runs at one speed." "So many of the teams we work with sit inside financial services, where compliance shapes every campaign decision," said Duarte Garrido, CEO and founder of DOJO AI. "Adclear covers the part of the workflow our customers ask about most." The partnership will run through the second half of 2026, with the two companies appearing together at joint events in London this autumn, a shared podcast and co-created content. Details will be announced on both companies' LinkedIn pages and websites. Each touchpoint will make the same case the partnership is built on: creation and clearance are worth more together than either is alone. About Adclear Adclear is agentic compliance software for financial marketing. The platform checks marketing content against FCA, SEC, FINRA and CFPB rules and a firm's own risk appetite, returning cleared or corrected content in minutes with a full audit trail, so regulated marketing teams ship at the speed of their unregulated competitors. Adclear has cleared more than 50,000 financial promotions across 40+ jurisdictions for firms including Plum, InvestEngine and Trade Nation. Adclear is headquartered in London and New York. adclear.ai About DOJO AI DOJO AI is the intelligent marketing system: an agentic platform that watches every channel, tracks brand performance, runs marketing workflows and creates on-brand content, getting smarter with every campaign. IG Group taps Adclear for AI-powered advertising compliance

IG Group taps Adclear for AI-powered advertising compliance. IG Group has announced a strategic partnership with Adclear, an AI-powered marketing compliance platform, to automate the auditing and approval of its digital advertising campaigns across global markets. The collaboration will see Adclear's technology integrated into IG's marketing operations, with the platform scanning creative assets for regulatory compliance in real time. The system uses natural language processing to detect non-compliant language, verify risk warning placement and ensure promotional materials meet jurisdiction-specific requirements. Regulators have stepped up oversight of financial promotions. The Financial Conduct Authority reported a 97.5% increase in financial promotions amended or withdrawn during 2024, while the UK's Consumer Duty has placed greater burden on firms to demonstrate their marketing leads to good customer outcomes. The 2024 criminal charges brought by the FCA against social media influencers promoting unauthorised investment schemes increased scrutiny of affiliate marketing programmes. With the EU AI Act coming into full effect in 2026, firms using AI in marketing face new requirements for auditable and transparent systems. Adclear's platform creates searchable records of approvals, monitors social media content from affiliates and flags deviations from approved compliance scripts. "FCA and ASA regulations are constantly evolving, just as marketing techniques boost teams' abilities to create, personalise and ship content to their audiences faster than ever," Doni Hoti, CEO & co-founder of Adclear. "With new rules - including those around cryptoassets - set to come into force later this year, finprom is on track to come under an increasingly bright spotlight. To continue to meet demand, firms like IG need processes that are robust, accurate, and able to keep pace with the market. We're excited to be partnering with them to help unlock a new chapter for their compliance at such a critical time for the sector."

The system returns rapid, detailed guidance on required changes to achieve compliance. The company is also developing tools to support the full FinProm approval lifecycle, including post-publication monitoring of affiliates, partners, and financial influencers. Doni Hoti, CEO and co-founder of Adclear, comments: In the world of AI-powered marketing, teams are able to create, personalise and disseminate more content, more quickly than ever before. But if brands in the finance space want to 10x their marketing, they need powerful tools to ensure it doesn't become a regulatory nightmare. Adclear's AI enables compliance to move at the same speed as creation, unlocking a new frontier for communications innovation whilst removing a major burden from marketing and compliance teams alike. On average, the platform reduces review time by 88 per cent, streamlining the traditionally lengthy and iterative compliance review process for marketing materials. This allows brands to maintain the pace of modern marketing while minimising risk and freeing legal and compliance teams from repetitive manual review tasks. Founded by Doni Hoti, Joe Jordan, and Cameron Ward, and launched in 2024, Adclear's AI-powered compliance platform is already used by marketing teams at banks and fintechs, including Lloyds Banking Group, PensionBee, Plum, Yonder, InvestEngine, ActivTrades, and Trade Nation. After establishing a strong position in the UK, supporting brands with FCA, ASA, and other regulatory requirements, the company has extended its platform to cover EU and US-regulated markets, with APAC and MENA regions scheduled to follow in the coming months. Adclear will use the funding to expand the team, grow the presence in markets outside the UK, and introduce new products and services.
