Requirements
  • 1 year of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Facility Access Authorization by the U.S. Government’s designated Security Office
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements
  • Location is Washington, DC area with remote work possibility
Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and secretarial tasks for assigned project staff
  • Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported
