Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe.
  • Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization, also referred to as an Employment Authorization, by the designated United States Government security office.
  • Ability to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement if required.
  • Ability to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or training requirements.
  • Ability to work at or in proximity to Washington, District of Columbia, while being permitted to work remotely.
Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and secretarial tasks for assigned project staff.
  • Support program management staff in preparing deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the supported project.
  • Provide administrative support focused on maintaining statistics and managing court budgets.
  • Provide consulting support to Probation and Pretrial Services Office administrators and staff for redesigning the pretrial services bond report.
  • Advise on the information crucial to bond decisions and how that information should be structured in the report.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn other business tools and technologies as necessary.
