Requirements
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Food Handler's card is required.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
Flexible availability for all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required.
Responsibilities
Greet arriving guests and determine whether they have reservations or place them on a waiting list when applicable.
Escort guests to their assigned tables or direct them to designated waiting areas.
Present guests with menus, communicate the server's name, relay relevant information, and remove additional place settings.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries and requests.
Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and overall service.
Cross-train in other food and beverage areas.
Desired Qualifications
Luxury hotel or fine dining experience is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment is preferred.
Aloha experience is a plus.
OpenTable experience is a plus.
Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification is a plus.
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus.

Job Summary
The Host/Greeter is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all restaurant guests while creating a memorable experience by greeting, escorting/directing guests, providing accurate information, and responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
