Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with children.
Ability to actively engage with children.
Comfort with basic computer use and learning electronic charting.
Current negative tuberculosis test (PPD) is required.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities.
Assist children with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision.
Desired Qualifications
Childcare or healthcare experience is preferred.
