Spreetail is hiring a Principal HR Systems & Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team. You will be responsible for the continuous development, optimization, security, data integrity, reporting, and overall platform management of our HRIS system (Dayforce). How you will achieve success:
- Develop and implement a global HR Tech strategy leveraging relevant data for informed decision-making.
- Champion innovative thinking, challenging existing norms, and driving change across the organization by integrating diverse ideas and interests.
- Stabilize the HR Technology ecosystem, ensuring appropriate enablement for all groups using HR systems.
- Manage various third-party vendors, engaging in RFPs and contract negotiations as needed.
- Continuously assess and maintain HR Tech solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, performance, and scalability.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 7+ years of HRIS experience, particularly in HR systems, HR operations, and vendor management within a fast-paced growth organization.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Dayforce (or similar), encompassing HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Advanced Analytics, and end-to-end expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to meticulously plan, manage, and execute global systems projects from inception to completion (covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation).
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization effectively.
- Proven record of accomplishment in overseeing significant global HRIS system implementations across various modules.
