Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Utilize 5+ years of experience to design and develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- UI Development: Apply your skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React to enhance and customize the Service Portal module.
- Performance Optimization: Develop high-performance components and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Update Management: Oversee multiple update sets and coordinate their deployment.
- Discovery & ITOM: Manage MID Server configurations and implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and other ITOM solutions.
- Best Practices: Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and leverage the latest features to drive continuous improvement.
- ITIL Frameworks: Implement ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML, CSS, and ES6. Experience with Angular or React is advantageous.
- Hands-On Experience: Proven track record with ServiceNow implementations, custom development, and MID Server management.
- Agility: Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory, HTML coding, Jelly script, and Service Portal development.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Event Management, and Cloud-to-Cloud Integrations.
