A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of full lifecycle business analysis experience, including independently working on large, complex projects that deliver or enhance production software systems.
Experience analyzing complex business system requirements across a wide range of functional areas and working with others to develop solutions.
Ability to independently coordinate diverse and complex activities to accomplish a goal.
Ability to develop new formats as needed to present data and support understanding and decision-making.
Thorough understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Salesforce.com certification, experience implementing small configuration changes, and proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.
