- A first experience managing property damage claims files is preferred.
- Strong writing skills, an ability to synthesize information, and proficiency with office tools are needed.
- Agility, responsiveness, rigor, and interpersonal skills are needed for negotiation and customer relations.
- Manage amicable property damage claims files.
- Investigate, analyze, and negotiate amicable claims in a property damage portfolio.
- Commit the company during settlement operations, controlling costs within delegated authority.
- Work with claims management, commercial, settlement, accounting, technical, and expert-consultant teams to serve policyholders.
