Every day, our team analyses billions of pieces of behavioral, attitudinal and purchase data from sports fans spanning the globe, using the latest machine-learning and data visualisation technology. We do this to give our clients the tools and insight required to build direct relationships with fans, grow engagement, and drive revenue across their event day, sponsorship and media businesses.

Role Profile:
- Leading workshops across business requirements, process mapping and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Service implementations in a client facing role
- Building, configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions to client environments
- Managing project timelines, project documentation and hitting required deadlines, ensuring the project is on track and escalating as required
- Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
- Be responsible for working directly with solution architects and developers to ensure the solution meets the business needs
- Managing and upskilling junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources
- Able to engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.
Functional Requirements
- Ability to operate as a Dynamics 365 functional consultant
- Experience across systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping
- Creating functional and technical design documentation
- Creating end user acceptance testing scenarios and supporting UAT process
- Creation and delivery of end user support and training material
Technical Requirements:
- Understanding of Sales and Customer Service Processes
- Experience customising, configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CRM end-to-end solutions
- Experience building apps within D365 Sales/Customer Engagement (CE)
- Experience customising and configuring D365 Customer Service
- Good understanding and experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- Understand and experience in building Microsoft PowerApps
- Certifications within Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform desirable (PL-200, MB-210, MB-230)
- An understanding of JavaScript desirable but not required
- An understanding of C# desirable but not required
General skillset
- Can lead as well as manage project teams
- Comfortable being hands on and managing key client accounts
- Comfortable in delivering presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders
- Worked across accounts with sizeable budget and multiple markets
- Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
- Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail
- A willingness to travel (if and when required)
