- Provide safe and effective laser treatments in accordance with Removery protocol.
- Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
- Build trust with clients through customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
- Perform light cleaning and administrative tasks as needed to support studio operations and client experience.
- Meet company learning and development requirements and maintain current licensing credentials.
- An active Esthetician license.
- Out-of-state travel may be required for training.
