  • Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and high-performance Go To Market systems that enable Intercom to build a world class Go To Market engine.
  • Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Grow your team’s capacity by mentoring other engineers and interviewing candidates.
  • Partnering directly with stakeholders from across the business to shape the technical solutions to business problems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Snowflake, or similar Data Warehouse
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ
  • Sales, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops Experience
