About the job
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed.
- Support clients with mobility and daily routines.
- Communicate with clients and their family members in English and Spanish.
- Follow the individualized care plan and maintain clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate care team.
- Previous home care or caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.
