  • 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in the software industry
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Proven experience using SalesLoft or Outreach for email outreach and sales engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with email campaign reporting and analysis

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify our target email audience and grow our email list, using particularly placed sign up forms and gated content throughout the larger website
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
  • Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
  • Create email templates, content, and messaging that resonate with B2B audiences
  • Build and maintain email lists, segmenting by industry, persona, and stage in the buyer journey
  • Use tools like BuildWith to identify ideal prospects and manage a data cleansing team to identify prospects to fuel campaigns
  • Test and optimize email campaigns for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, sales, and product, to align email marketing with broader marketing strategies
