Responsibilities

The NHHI Program Coordinator will work collaboratively, with the Director of Program Development and Quality, the Medical Director(s) and Hospital leadership of the Interventional Cardiology (Cath lab & Structural Heart), to develop and coordinate program activities in order to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and a superior patient experience. The NHHI Program Coordinator designs, implements, and evaluates system-wide program components, as applicable, for each clinical entity within the scope of the NHHI Interventional Cardiology program. This person is responsible for development, maintenance, and implementation activities relating to growing the program, quality improvement, data management, outreach and marketing, utilization of support services, capital equipment and supply selection, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 

Minimum of four years of recent experience in an interventional Cardiac Cath lab.

Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience as evidenced by the candidates ability to:

a. Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of an organization, department, or service within or across a hospital or similar entityb. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and others allied health professionals

Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.

 Preferred:

Cardiac Cath lab experience preferred.

8AM-5PM
