Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with medium to large scale, enterprise applications.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Math, Physics or a related Engineering degree
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Interface with business, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
  • Ensure delivery of project scope on time while meeting or exceeding quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Remove any barriers that might prevent achievement of project business goals.
  • Measure and track project performance using data, appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support as well as communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficient in SQL and ability to pick up new tech skills independently.
  • Good understanding of Programming paradigm, SDLC, Application development, Data Pipeline, ETL and Cloud Computing.
  • Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and the program management process. Improve product development and delivery quality.
