Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required; medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or related majors are preferred.
More than one year of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong learning ability and dedication are required.
Good interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities are required.
Some ability to analyze and solve problems is required.
Candidates must endorse and be able to practice AstraZeneca's core values.

Responsibilities

Develop plans and programs for promoting pharmaceutical products.
Communicate pharmaceutical product information to healthcare professionals.
Assist healthcare professionals in using the company's pharmaceutical products appropriately.
Collect and provide feedback on clinical drug use and hospital needs.
Conduct academic promotion through in-person communication with healthcare professionals and pharmacy personnel at medical institutions, academic meetings and lectures, academic materials, internet or telephone conferences, and other forms approved by medical institutions.
Develop capabilities and improve efficiency in line with the Medical Representative (MR) capability profile.
Identify areas for personal development and discuss development needs with the District Sales Manager (DSM).
Practice AstraZeneca's values and develop ethical, compliant, and sustainable ways of thinking and acting.
Actively participate in internal business meetings, product and business training, and company activities.

Desired Qualifications

A degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or a related major is preferred.
