- Perform site evaluations, field analysis, and assessments of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Evaluate failures resulting from hail or wind damage, lightning strikes, improper maintenance, improper installation, product defects, freeze events, machinery breakdown, wear and tear, and general construction failures, and provide recommendations for remediation and repair.
- Safely access roofs, attics, and crawl spaces to photographically document areas of interest.
- Identify and interview witnesses and other key parties involved.
- Prepare and submit findings and recommendations for resolving insurance claims or litigation matters.
