About the job
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or have equivalent years of experience and education.
- Have five years of registered nurse experience.
- Hold the required Registered Nurse license for the applicable work location: Illinois licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation; Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin licensure issued by a compact state or by the applicable state nursing authority.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 0–25 pounds.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive foot, leg, hand, and arm movements.
- Ability to frequently use near and far vision and distinguish colors.
- Ability to frequently hear and speak to share information orally, including hearing alarms and malfunctioning machinery.
- Ability to perform frequent keyboard use and data entry.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip.

- Lead the implementation of enterprise clinical transformation initiatives, overseeing execution activities to ensure initiatives are deployed consistently, on time, and aligned with system-wide standards.
- Translate clinical transformation strategies into structured implementation plans by defining milestones, sequencing, dependencies, and adoption requirements across ministries and care settings.
- Serve as a senior implementation partner to clinical and operational leaders by providing guidance on workflow redesign, implementation science, change management, and operational integration of transformation initiatives.
- Lead change management implementation for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, readiness assessment, communication coordination, and adoption reinforcement.
- Oversee deployment of implementation tools, resources, and methodologies to support frontline adoption and sustainment of clinical transformation efforts.
- Identify implementation risks, adoption barriers, and variation in performance; proactively escalate issues and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Support performance monitoring for implemented initiatives by partnering with analytics and operational teams to assess adoption, effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization.
- Act as an internal consultant and mentor to staff by providing coaching on implementation discipline, problem-solving, and implementation rigor.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of implementation playbooks, standard methodologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate deployment efforts across the health system to diagnose care breakdowns, implement stopgaps, and collaborate with ministry and regional leaders on appropriate resolution handoff.
