Requirements
  • 2+ years' of hands-on, day-to-day professional experience with Marketing Automation Platform (ideally Hubspot) as an admin or power user
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Advanced level proficiency with Excel
  • Proactiveness - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on it
  • Proven experience in driving change to facilitate the adoption of new marketing tools
  • Experience ideating, implementing, and enhancing marketing operations processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments and is adept at managing change, with a keen ability to pivot strategies and marketing processes as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, web analytics) to generate insights and reports
  • Assist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Ensure data integrity and integration across marketing systems
  • Proactively explore data to discover new trends and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Partner with key cross-functional groups within Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to plan, problem solve, and create efficiencies that will optimize lead conversion, revenue and achieve mutual objectives
