Requirements
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
  • HAZWOPER certification is required.
  • The candidate must have 5–10+ years of environmental compliance or remediation experience.
  • Regulatory interpretation, data quality assurance/quality control competencies are required.
Responsibilities
  • Support RCRA, CERCLA, and NEPA compliance, monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
  • Produce regulator-ready compliance packages.
  • Provide environmental compliance oversight for Hanford Field Office General Support Services activities.
  • Assist program and project management support in daily business activities and initiatives aligned with Environmental, Safety and Health and Quality Assurance functional areas.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the contracting officer; work on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site; utilize Government-furnished resources; comply with security clearance requirements; perform field work with appropriate personal protective equipment.
