- Collaborate with team members on department-specific initiatives.
- Attend scheduled work sessions and maintain consistent communication with the assigned manager.
- Submit brief daily written updates on progress and deliverables.
- Participate in JerseySTEM communication platforms such as Slack and G-Suite.
- Maintain professionalism in internal and external interactions.
- Escalate communication or workflow challenges to the manager or HR promptly.
- Plan and execute targeted sourcing strategies to recruit high-quality interns.
- Develop and implement creative corporate social responsibility initiatives for sponsor corporate interns.
- Create learning materials and ensure smooth operation within learning management system platforms, including Google Classroom.
- Build data reports and visualizations using recruitment metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with university career services to expand talent pipelines.
- Support onboarding processes to provide an engaging intern experience.
- Assist in tracking recruitment performance metrics and optimizing hiring workflows.
- Candidates located in New Jersey are preferred.
