Axtria Ignite 2026: 450+ life sciences leaders convene with a contrarian message - fix the foundation before you scale AI.

Axtria Ignite 2026: 450+ life sciences leaders convene with a contrarian message - fix the foundation before you scale AI. 25/06/2026 * More than 450 executives from 100+ leading life sciences organizations gathered in Princeton, NJ to move agentic AI past the proof-of-concept stage * Founder and CEO Jaswinder "Jassi" Chadha challenged the industry with a counterintuitive mandate: before you build more agents, fix the foundation first * The Ignite Leadership Awards honored transformation leaders from Bristol Myers Squibb, GSK, and Biogen; the Axtria Bedrock Honor recognized a 15-year partnership with Quest Diagnostics BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., June 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Axtria Inc., a global leader in AI-first data & analytics solutions and platforms for the life sciences industry, hosted Axtria Ignite 2026 on June 10 and 11 at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal under the theme "Industrializing Intelligence: The Agentic Enterprise." More than 450 executives from over 100 leading life sciences, MedTech, and biotech organizations gathered to work through the harder question of 2026: what must be true before an enterprise can trust AI to run at machine speed. Day 1 of the by-invitation-only event drew more than 200 attendees to product workshops on practical applications of AI, analytics, and commercial excellence. It included real-world success stories and value delivered from agents and hands-on experience with live agents. Day 2 featured four mainstage sessions and 16 panels across four tracks: industrialized data and the agentic backbone, agentic AI for business insights, high-performance customer engagement, and the shift from software to agentic ecosystems. Now in its fourth year, Axtria Ignite has become a regular fixture on the calendars of senior commercial and data leaders in life sciences. The foundation is the strategy In his keynote address, Axtria founder and CEO Jaswinder "Jassi" Chadha argued that the foundation determines whether AI in pharma scales. Drawing on three decades in the industry, he pointed to the persistent gap between ambition and execution: roughly 73% of biopharma still reports significant data issues, as many as 89% of AI pilots never reach production, and trust in AI systems has slipped from 61% in 2019 to 53% today, even as the industry races toward a projected 100,000-plus AI agents. Against a pharma accuracy bar of 99.5%, Chadha laid out four things the foundation must carry: an AI-ready data supply chain, a semantic layer for agent accuracy, software guardrails for deterministic precision where stakes are highest, and a governance framework for digital workers at scale. Agents, in his framing, are new hires who must earn trust through validation and audit, not receive it on day one. "Before you build the agent, fix the foundation first. The companies that will lead the agentic era are not the ones who moved fastest; they are the ones who built them with trust," Jaswinder "Jassi" Chadha, Founder and CEO, Axtria. Proving CFO-certifiable business value Co-founder and CTO Navdeep "Navi" Chadha led a mainstage session with senior leaders from Thermo Fisher Scientific and Quest Diagnostics. The discussion moved past future potential to candid accounts of what has worked and what has not, from CFO-certifiable value reporting and integrated risk management to the discipline of defining exit criteria before a proof of concept begins. A recurring lesson surfaced across panelists: change management is the work, not a footnote. "Change management and adoption cannot be the 45th slide in a 30-page deck at the business case approval," Senior Digital Leader, speaking on a mainstage panel. The conversations attendees took home Across tracks, the discussions reached a level of candor that does not show up in industry research reports. A senior leader at a major pharma company described her team's unlock: making clear that AI was here to elevate marketers rather than replace them. By her account, adoption now stands at over 90%. "This is not an AI revolution. It's a people revolution," VP of Commercial AI at a top pharma company, closing mainstage session. Ignite Leadership Awards Axtria presented its annual Ignite Leadership Awards, recognizing leaders doing the hard work of transformation inside their organizations. These leaders were recognized for driving enterprise-wide AI transformations and genuinely bringing multiple disciplines together to truly make a difference to the foundation of AI to realize the true value. The 2026 honorees were: * Anvita Karara, Vice President, Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics, Bristol Myers Squibb * Jeremy Pincus, Vice President, Medical Affairs IT, GSK * Bharti Rai, Senior Vice President, Biogen Axtria Bedrock Honor The Axtria Bedrock Honor recognized Quest Diagnostics for a 15-year partnership and the recent implementation of an Axtria SalesIQ(TM) sales force alignment solution across 34 role types and a ~1,300-person field organization, among the most complex sales force alignments in healthcare. The honor was accepted by John Liffert, Vice President, Commercial Operations, alongside Samantha Barnes-Weaver, Director, National Deployment and Alignments, and Marc Cangemi, Senior Director, Commercial Excellence, Compensation, and Deployment. "Those of you who know the Quest business know it's probably the most complex sales force alignment in healthcare. Because we were able to solve that, you made us better. You made our product better. Thank you for being our partners in this journey," Jassi Chadha, Founder and CEO, Axtria. About the event Ignite 2026 featured 45+ speakers across panels and presentations, plus hands-on workshops with Axtria's agentic products, including Axtria HIQ, Axtria SalesIQ(TM), Axtria MarketingIQ(TM), and Axtria DataMAx(TM). The agenda also included an Executive Incentive Compensation Roundtable and networking receptions on both evenings. At Axtria Ignite 2026, trust emerges as the missing layer in enterprise AI. With discussions led by Axtria's CEO, Jaswinder Chadha, the focus was on building a strong foundation for AI deployment, emphasising data quality, governance, and organisational readiness. Smruthi Nadig · JUNE 25, 2026, 4:12 AM · Updated JUNE 25, 2026, 5:26 AM AI-first data and analytics company Axtria brought together more than 450 executives from over 100 life sciences, MedTech and biotech organisations at its annual Axtria Ignite 2026 conference, where discussions centred on a pressing industry challenge: what enterprises need to trust AI systems operating at scale. Held on 10 and 11 June at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal in New Jersey, under the theme "Industrialising Intelligence: The Agentic Enterprise," the invitation-only event featured product workshops, customer case studies, keynote addresses and panel discussions focused on the practical adoption of agentic AI across the life sciences sector. Opening the conference, Axtria Founder and CEO Jaswinder Chadha argued that successful AI deployment depends less on sophisticated models and more on the quality of enterprise foundations. Citing industry data, he noted that around 73% of biopharma companies continue to face significant data quality issues, while as many as 89% of AI pilots fail to reach production. Trust in AI systems has also declined from 61% in 2019 to 53% today, even as organisations prepare for a future involving more than 100,000 AI agents. Against the pharmaceutical industry's accuracy benchmark of 99.5%, Chadha outlined four essential building blocks for scalable AI: an AI-ready data supply chain, a semantic layer to improve agent accuracy, software guardrails to ensure deterministic precision, and governance frameworks for managing digital workers. "Before you build the agent, fix the foundation first. The companies that will lead the agentic era are not the ones who moved fastest; they are the ones who built them with trust," said Chadha. The conference also focused on demonstrating measurable business outcomes from AI deployments. During a mainstage session, Axtria Co-founder and CTO Navdeep Chadha joined executives from Thermo Fisher Scientific and Quest Diagnostics to discuss lessons from production AI deployments, including value measurement, risk management and change management. Discussions across the event repeatedly highlighted that successful AI adoption depends as much on organisational readiness as technology. In one session, a senior pharmaceutical executive shared that clearly positioning AI as a tool to augment rather than replace marketers helped drive adoption rates above 90%. Closing the event, Anvita Karara, Vice President of Commercialisation AI Strategy & Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb, said, "This is not an AI revolution. It's a people revolution." Axtria also presented its annual Ignite Leadership Awards to leaders from Bristol Myers Squibb, GSK and Biogen for driving enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. The company additionally honoured Quest Diagnostics with its Axtria Bedrock Honour, recognising a 15-year partnership and the deployment of Axtria SalesIQ across approximately 1,300 field personnel spanning 34 sales roles.

From pilot to production: Axtria and LangChain partner to govern and scale AI agents in pharma. PR Newswire Today at 5:15am PDT Axtria's pharma-native AgentOps framework and LangChain's leading agent development platform help life sciences enterprises deploy AI agents with confidence and turn experimentation into operational results BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., April 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Axtria Inc., a global leader in AI-first data analytics solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced a strategic partnership with LangChain, the company behind the industry-standard LangSmith platform for building, deploying, and observing AI agents at scale. Together, the two organizations will help life sciences enterprises turn agentic AI experiments into operational results in production. The partnership centers on Axtria's AgentOps framework, a pharma-native governance layer built on LangSmith, providing enterprise clients with the visibility, compliance controls, and evaluation rigor to responsibly scale AI agents in regulated environments. The framework is already in production at a leading global biopharma delivering measurable gains in agent observability, evaluation quality, and governance compliance and is live across Axtria's own InsightsMAx.ai multi-agent platform LangSmith delivers the foundational infrastructure: building deep long-horizon agents, end-to-end agent tracing, prompt management, agent evaluation and deployments tooling. Axtria adds the pharma intelligence layer including Look-Alike, Sound-Alike (LASA) drug safety evaluators to prevent dangerous medication confusions, GxP compliance enforcement, patient safety detection, and persona-driven dashboards for Medical Affairs, Medical Legal Review, Commercial, and IT stakeholders. What This Means for Life Sciences Organizations Most pharma and biotech companies have AI agent pilots underway. Few have crossed the threshold into reliable, governed production. Two challenges consistently block the path: regulated environments demand a level of traceability and compliance that generic AI tooling does not provide, and the domain expertise required to define 'good' for a medical affairs agent is fundamentally different from a commercial or compliance one. This partnership directly addresses both. * Commercial: Field Agents That Actually Get Used: Pre-call planning agents surface HCP insights and next-best-action recommendations ahead of every rep interaction. The solution tracks not just what the agent recommends but whether reps act on it. Performance is continuously tuned on real field feedback, creating a direct, measurable link between agent output and commercial results. * Medical Affairs: From Query to Defensible Answer: When a Medical Affairs team deploys an oncology agent to answer HCP queries, every response is automatically checked for drug name confusion, validated against approved labeling, and fully traceable. If a regulator asks how the system reached a conclusion, the complete decision path is on record. No retroactive documentation. No manual reconstruction. * Medical Legal Review: Compliance Built In, Not Bolted On: Promotional content is pre-screened against FDA-approved labeling before it ever reaches a human reviewer - claims validated, off-label risks flagged, fair balance checked. The audit trail isn't assembled after the fact. It's a byproduct of how the agent works. "Axtria has spent more than 15 years helping the world's leading life sciences companies turn data into decisions, and AI agents are the next frontier of that mission. Our clients are past the question of whether agents can work they're asking how to make them work reliably across the enterprise and tie that performance to real results. This partnership with LangChain gives them exactly that: the governance foundation, the operational playbook, and the agent capabilities to move from experimentation to enterprise scale without starting from scratch," Navdeep (Navi) Chadha, Co-founder & EVP, Axtria. "We know what AI agents can do, but the true value for the enterprise is in how reliably, safely, and transparently they do it. Axtria brings exactly the domain depth and operational rigor that life sciences organizations need to move from experimentation to production-grade AI. Together, we're giving pharma companies a clear path from agent deployment to real, defensible business outcomes," Karan Singh, Head of Partnerships, LangChain. What the Partnership Delivers Together, Axtria and LangChain offer life sciences organizations an integrated, enterprise-ready solution spanning the full agentic AI lifecycle: * Agents as a Service: Pre-built, pharma-validated agents across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Data Engineering deployable and governed from day one, without building from scratch. * Pharma-Native Observability & Governance: Enterprise-grade visibility, compliance enforcement, and audit-readiness built specifically for regulated environments covering GxP traceability, immutable audit trails, and model version tracking. * Cost Intelligence: Portfolio-level cost governance that helps enterprises optimize AI spend, right-size model selection, and prevent runaway costs without compromising safety or quality. Axtria acquires Conexus Solutions, uniting agentic AI and CRM mastery to redefine life sciences commercialization.

Axtria acquires Conexus Solutions, uniting agentic AI and CRM mastery to redefine life sciences commercialization. Apr 15, 2026, 10:00 ET BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., April 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Axtria Inc., a global leader in AI-first data analytics solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced the acquisition of Conexus Solutions, a premier life sciences technology and managed services partner specializing in CRM transformation across the Veeva and Salesforce ecosystems. With this acquisition, Axtria makes a decisive entry into end-to-end CRM, combining one of the industry's most trusted CRM practices with its market-leading agentic AI platform. The result is something life sciences commercialization has never had: a unified intelligence layer connecting systems of engagement with systems of intelligence, from data foundation to field execution to patient impact. "This is not incremental. This is the convergence the industry has been waiting for." The Market Moment Life sciences commercial, quality and R&D operations are undergoing a structural transformation. Patent cliffs are compressing revenue timelines. Specialty and cell-and-gene therapies demand hyper-targeted engagement across smaller, harder-to-reach populations. Payers are raising the bar on outcomes-based evidence. And at the center of every commercial, quality and R&D business sits CRM, the system of record for every customer interaction, yet still operating as a transactional layer, disconnected from the intelligence that should be powering it. This acquisition bridges that gap. Conexus brings the CRM execution layer, deep Veeva and Salesforce expertise, and client trust that Axtria's AI platform needs to deliver transformation, not in concept, but in production, at scale, inside the systems that commercial, quality and R&D operation teams rely on every day. Axtria has been building for this moment. Years before the industry reached consensus on AI-driven commercialization, Axtria was investing in an agentic AI platform purpose-built for life sciences and engineered to move from insight to orchestration. This acquisition is the strategic culmination of that vision, executed at precisely the right time. The companies that move first to unify intelligence and engagement will define the next era. Axtria is moving first. A Highly Complementary Strategic Combination Axtria brings its industry-leading agentic AI platform including Axtria SalesIQ(TM), Axtria CustomerIQ(TM), Axtria MarketingIQ(TM), and Axtria DataMAx(TM), delivering AI-native sales planning, commercial data optimization, next-best-action intelligence, and enterprise-grade orchestration. Conexus Solutions brings domain expertise within commercial, quality and R&D operations refined over years of CRM transformation, a scaled and certified talent base, proven advisory capabilities, and deep partnerships across the Veeva and Salesforce ecosystems recognized by these two CRM players. Conexus is a premier services partner with Vault CRM expertise. The result: an end-to-end capability across the life sciences commercial and customer engagement stack, powered by AI, grounded in domain expertise, and designed to deliver measurable outcomes. From the Leadership "This acquisition is a highly strategic step in Axtria's journey to build the most comprehensive AI-driven commercial platform for life sciences. Conexus brings exceptional CRM expertise, deep customer relationships, and a talented team that complement our capabilities perfectly. Together, we are uniquely positioned to bridge systems of engagement with systems of intelligence, delivering integrated, outcome-driven solutions to our clients," Jassi Chadha, President and CEO, Axtria. "Joining Axtria is an exciting next step for Conexus. Our shared commitment to customer success, innovation, and life sciences expertise makes this a natural and powerful combination. Our clients will continue to receive the same trusted service while gaining access to Axtria's broader capabilities over time," Akshay Kapadia, Founder and CEO, Conexus Solutions. Built on Trust. Built to Last. Clients of both organizations should expect the same trusted partners, the same rigorous delivery, and the same commitment to success now backed by the combined depth of two organizations united by a single standard: whether it moves the needle for patients. What Conexus has built with its clients was built on relationships, responsiveness, and a culture that treats every engagement as a partnership. That culture is not something to be absorbed. It is the reason this acquisition exists, and it is what Axtria intends to protect, invest in, and amplify. Why This Changes the Game For too long, the life sciences technology landscape has asked commercial, quality and R&D teams to stitch together fragmented solutions: one vendor for data, another for analytics, another for CRM, another for field intelligence. The result is complexity without coherence and a persistent gap between strategic insight and frontline execution. Axtria and Conexus intend to close that gap not by assembling loosely connected tools, but by building an integrated, AI-native operating model for life sciences commercialization. The future belongs to organizations that turn intelligence into action at the speed their patients demand. That future starts now. About Axtria Axtria helps life sciences companies harness the potential of data science and software to improve patient outcomes by connecting the right therapies to the right patients at the right time. A leading global provider of award-winning cloud software and data analytics, Axtria delivers proven solutions that help pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies complete their journey from data to insights to action.
