Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of four or more quota carrying sales people
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives for the DoD Mulesoft line of business
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with team members and corporate resources as required
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team
  • Recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Set the strategy and execute the plan of the Mulesoft line of business throughout the DoD
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns
  • Engage at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
  • Handle significant client customer concerns and issues
  • Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success
