Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
  • Focus on securing high-value multi-year AOR partnerships
  • Successfully navigate complex procurement processes, developing tailored strategies to address individual client needs
  • Drive the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and delivering compelling pitches to successfully closing deals.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on profitability
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting.
  • Streamline and optimize business development processes for efficiency and scalability, ensuring operational excellence across all efforts
  • Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, and operations to align on business goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team.
