- Completed technical training, such as an apprenticeship, master craftsperson qualification, technician school, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in field sales or technical sales, preferably in mechanical engineering or commercial vehicles.
- Strong sales ability and determination to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and advisory competence.
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial conduct, and sound commercial understanding.
- Actively sell and provide technical consultation on roll-off and skip loaders and EPSILON recycling cranes.
- Acquire new customers and maintain and expand long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in close cooperation with sales management and continuously monitor the market.
- Systematically and sustainably develop the sales territory and the company's sales and service partners.
- Work in field sales and from a home office within the defined sales territory.
- Experience in mechanical engineering or commercial vehicles.
