  • Assist in the creation of custom solutions tailored to the unique aspects of client culture, ensuring seamless adoption.

  • Eight or more years of experience with a strong background in Product Management in software engineering, UI/UX design, or a related technical discipline to build credibility among stakeholders.
  • Ability to build a sufficient preliminary solution for clients to drive pre-sales initiatives, then pass off structured solution plans to internal technical teams to realize the work vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate needs between information technology and the business to build/maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring prioritization based on client and product needs.
  • Prior professional experience within a technology consulting firm with a proven track record of career progression.
Responsibilities

  • Design and create compelling prototypes or proof-of-concepts (POCs) that illustrate the solution's impact and effectively deliver the technical story to stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations on product feature prioritization, based on client and product knowledge, while upholding project timelines/resource plans.
  • Go beyond the explicit client requests to infer underlying needs by understanding business context, market trends, and industry knowledge, proactively positioning the firm as a thought leader.
  • Consistently overcome complex organizational obstacles to slowly, but persistently, drive meaningful maturity within client environments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or significant professional experience in Software Engineering/Development or UI/UX Design is strongly preferred.
