We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Operations Analyst to support our risk management efforts. As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fraud and other operational risks across various facets of our business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of risk management.
Expectations (In this role, you will):
- Assist in the assessment of fraud and other risk processes, systems, and procedures to identify potential gaps and vulnerabilities
- Conduct data analysis and trend identification to evaluate the impact of identified risks on business operations
- Support the development and implementation of policy and process changes to mitigate fraud risk, in collaboration with other business teams
- Participate in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and contribute to adjustments as needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident response procedures
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports and updates for management on the status of identified risks and mitigation efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in risk management to support continuous improvement efforts
Experience (What we look for):
- Previous experience in a relevant role within the financial services, insurance, or corporate sector is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high quality in all work
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices is a plus

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate’s skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
