Requirements
  • Extensive marketing leadership with experience leading and scaling multi-channel user acquisition efforts and managing diverse teams.
  • Strategic and analytical expertise with ability to build a comprehensive marketing strategy, leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, and communicate complex insights to a C-level audience.
  • Hands-on ownership including managing day-to-day operations and budgets and defining long-term strategic goals.
  • People and process management skills in mentoring and developing team members, and building scalable processes for marketing and project management.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising technology and gaming ecosystem, including key players, monetization strategies, and user acquisition best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own marketing and user acquisition strategy for Almedia, ensuring alignment with ambitious growth targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and other growth initiatives, fostering ownership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive multi-channel growth by taking full ownership of all marketing channels, from established platforms like Google Ads and Meta to emerging channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation, execution, and performance.
  • Pioneer new marketing projects from inception to completion, identifying untapped opportunities and transforming them into scalable, high-impact channels.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, VP of People, and other stakeholders to translate marketing efforts into clear business outcomes, providing strategic insights that drive growth.
