You’ll work on a wide variety of makes and models, keep pre-owned vehicles ready for the front line, and see the direct results of your skill every day.

What you’ll do

• Perform efficient, accurate repairs and reconditioning work as outlined on repair orders, following dealership and industry standards
• Diagnose issues quickly and correctly, then complete the repair the right way the first time
• Coordinate with the parts team to get what you need without delays
• Tag and save parts for warranty or customer requests
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and flag additional safety or service recommendations
• Communicate clearly with the service advisor about extra work, timeline changes, or items that aren’t needed
• Document all work performed and recommended
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Keep customer vehicles clean and report any damage or condition changes immediately
• Follow all safety procedures, use tools and equipment properly, and speak up about any safety concerns
• Participate in training and help mentor others when asked
• Take on additional tasks as needed to keep the shop running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience (used-car, independent shop, or dealership background preferred)
• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repair across different makes and models
• Strong attention to detail and a first-time-fix mindset
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality
• Clear communication skills — you can explain technical issues simply
• Positive, reliable attitude and high integrity
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable following processes
• Team player who steps up when the shop is busy and takes ownership of safety
