  • Process Interdepartmental Transfer transactions; coordinate payroll review and approval with the Associate Director and senior leadership; and promptly report discrepancies, missing data, or processing issues.
  • Administer Center purchasing card activities and Bank of America Works; monitor transactions for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; maintain documentation and institutional policy compliance; process and track administrative reconciliations; and alert the Executive Director to items requiring attention, missing documentation, or approaching deadlines. Executive Director approval is required for all PCard purchases.
  • Back up the Travel Clerk as needed during absences or peak demand by coordinating travel, administering per diem, and performing related administrative tasks under the Associate Director's direction.
